Ross Doucette, Founder and President of Club R3M, brings over 15 years of passion for creating meaningful experiences with a focus on personal service and relationship-driven values that turn transactional moments into lasting memories.

A Wisconsin native, Ross enjoys cabin time in the Northwoods with his wife Katie and their three children—PJ, Wesley, and Elowyn. He’s a devoted Marquette basketball and Green Bay Packers fan, and finds joy in hunting, skiing, and chasing his golf swing.

Club R3M was inspired by his Italian upbringing, where the dinner table was a sacred place and food, wine, and family were at the heart of every gathering.

Whether it’s a round of golf, an intimate wine dinner, or an adrenaline-filled driving experience, the true magic often reveals itself after the fact—in the stories retold, the connections that deepen, and the moments that leave a lasting imprint.
